Reputation basically corresponds with contribution to the sect while you need a technic to veiw benevolence I forgot the name but it costs like 20k spirit stones and you can find it on tje second floor

Well upgrading your cultivation works so going through the tribulations but the most effective way is through transfer which costs like spirit jades which multiply cultivation by 8 for 10 years while cultivation room will only multiply cultivation by 5 you can also find manuals or just some books in stores on market that also increase cultivation sadly I have yet to get one

I’ll give u the list of thing that give a bit of spirit stones Praising Daily share (u can share on facebook and put restrictions so only u can see the share) Events Encounter (by watching videos etc) There is other way to get spirit stones, but i guess at your level of cultivation it isn’t necessary to tell all details. -> Soul wandering skill is pretty important to get spirit stones and other ressources. So economise until u can get it.

By overcoming tribulations. Pills from the good realm help to have 100% success for tribulations. You can get pills in adventure mode. After reaching soul wandering realm, you can have soul wandering skill to make all your daily soul wandering automatically and not manually anymore. (There is already an answer as how to get soul wandering skill)
